I'm an Apostolic Pentecostal Christian, a minister's wife (he's working on his local license), a Sunday school teacher and a stay at home mom. I have three children so far, with the promise of a fourth. My husband and I homeschool our kids. God delivered me from depression in the winter of 2012/2013, after having dealt with it for 22 years. There are times I still fall back into old mindsets and I have to rely on God to bring me back out of the pits I've created but deliverance is a process. My weight does not help me one bit. I went from 320 pounds to 182 pounds from 2012 to 2016, but then I gained it all back except 5 lbs in 2 years time. In 2019, I got rid of 14 pounds and in 2020, I got rid of 12 pounds. I'm focusing on losing it slowly because that's what works for me. I deal with chronic pain every day and I do not take medications because they are a trigger for me from my past 22 year long depression that God delivered me from. I listen to my body's cues and only do what I can for fitness. It's the whole eating thing that I'm slowly conquering.

My Goals:
I aim to be a healthier me...choose better foods, get more fitness...don't go back to my old ways!

2012: Lost 40 lbs
2013: Lost 51 lbs
2014: Lost 23 lbs
2015: Gained 8 lbs.
2016: Lost 8 lbs.
2017: Gained 66 lbs due to stress, not enough exercise and old eating habits
2018: Gained 32 lbs due to poor eating habits
2019: Lost 16 lbs.


My Program:
My goals are to get 60+ minutes of fitness a week and get rid of at least 15 pounds of excess body fat (and drop inches) by the end of 2020.
