    Hey there. I read your comment on Cherryjones page and I want to tell you: dont let your bum knee stop you! I had a replacement a few years ago and my other knee needs one. I thought that meant I couldnt do anything. I used to drive the truck behind my husband when he walked the dog. Then I found spark and that was one of my goals, just to be able to walk with them. We started out and it hurt and I couldnt go far but within a few weeks, I walked a whole mile!! Now, we walk a few miles about 4 days a week. That is my excercise altho we also bought the kinect system for Xbox so now we box or bowl or play volleyball on TV when we cant walk. I barely limp anymore and I am so much stronger. Between that and tracking my food, I have lost 58 pounds in about 8.5 months.

    I want to encourage you to start slow, track your food, go for a walk (even if it is just down the street) and build on that. You can do this. It is not always easy but it is always worth it. My personal mantra is Progress, not perfection. Anything you do more than you did before is progress! Carry on!
