Everyday I'm learning to love myself more. I'm learning that no one is going to hand you your happiness. You have to create it yourself. I'm learning that no matter how hard you try to feel other peoples pain and get emotionally involved in others, they are most likely not invested in you the way you are in them. I'm learning that I do have to be selfish and care about ME. If you can't take care of yourself how are you going to take care of any one else. Just like anything else that takes time and dedication I am a work in progress. Everyday I'm learning and becoming stronger. Everyday I'm learning that failure is not a character flaw, it is part of our human make up. So I'm okay with making mistakes along the way.

Fitness Minutes: 55

My Goals:
1). I'm trying to lose 20 lbs. this month. It is a big goal. I'll work hard at trying to achieve it.

2). take time out for me and only me. Sorry kids.

3). Exercise more, more, more.

4). Drink lots of water(accomplished and accomplishing)

5). Stay focused on the task at hand.

6). Be realistic about my expectations.


My Program:
I've started the exercise thing a little slow. I've been working on my eating habits. I have been doing well with that. I eat all the time. breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snacks in between. The old me would graze all day and have a big dinner in the evening. Then I would graze some more until I went to bed. These changes are helping me lose the weight.



Personal Information:
My name Is LouLou. I'm 31 years old. I'm currently living in Missouri. I"m married and I have two kids. I will be moving in 5 months to Texas. I'm excited about it because Texas is home to me. The kids are excited as well because they get to see their cousins.

    Hey girl, thank you for the encouragement. I'm trying to remind myself that slow and steady wins the race. I want to do this the healthy way so it stays off, so I won't sweat it if the scale doesn't always read what I want it to.

    As for the Pilates, I bought a set at Wal-Mart. It came with the balance ball, two 2lb. medicine balls, and the resistance bands. The DVD it came with is just an instruction thing telling you how the stuff is used, but it also came with a chart full of different exercises which is great. I also look up other Pilates exercises online to change things up a little. The best thing was that the set was only 19 bucks....that's always a plus...it's already paid for itself I think!

    Dont sweet having to change your starting weight!! Thats just more that we can celebrate when it comes off!!! I am considering starting WW also....Not sure yet!!! It really helps me having to be accountable by having to weigh in!!
