Everyone has a story so heres mine.

Right before highschool ended I started gaining weight. My highest weight was 164 or so. (I am 5'1") So I have lost about 20 pounds, all within the past year or so. I worked my tail off and got in shape for a surgery and then gained some weight back after surgery since I never really got back into the routine of going to the gym. I love working out and how it makes me feel. It's just a matter or doing it. I recently startedt love running.

Update: 11/03/2009 This will be a great month. I have more motivation than I have ever had before. I am adding my heaviest picture. Even though it's the worst picture I've ever seen of me and some people say you can't even tell its me...I need a constant reminder of why I'm doing this. It's easy to forget if you don't have a reminder.

My Program:
I have just begun jogging. I absolutely love it. I have just begun trying to to cardio 5 - 6 days a week. ST at LEAST 3 days a week.
I track calories to the "T" now and stay in my calorie range.

Personal Information:
My name is Melanie. I'm 22 years old. I'm engaged to a fantastic man. I dont have any kids YET but my fiance has a pretten daughter. I grew up in a small town and now live in the "city".
I love the feeling I have after I work out it's just a matter of making myself do it.
I just started back to school for nursing. I am taking 16 hours and working pretty much full time. I am in the process of finding a routine where I can fit everything in.

140lbs - HRM ~Met 01/15/10~
137lbs - season of grey's anatomy
134lbs - new pair of jeans
130 - new running shoes
125 - possible trip to vegas. Work on maintaining weight.
