Just looking to gain support from stress eating and other people trying to be healthy. Have about 20 pounds I would like to lose and by having a support group I find it helps me build willpower. A healthy lifestyle is my goal, not a diet. My husband and I enjoy running, I like walking trails & weights although since having a child in 2014 with some health complications we don't get much time. I like all food (too much) and often use as a coping mechanism for stress. Figured I would join here before I needed to buy new pants! Have great clothes that I want to fit into comfortably (and not have that red indentation after I take my work pants off!!). Now time to get back to being good and taking care of myself. I feel better when my life is balanced.

Had success tracking on here in 2012 and here we are in 2017 and 2 weeks back on here everyday. Down 5 lb so far. Starting therapy soon to help me cope with stress of daughter who is chronically ill.

My Goals:
Run a 10K, have more energy, cook more meals, make ME a priority.

My Program:
Community gym in neighborhood (w cardio and weights), running, walking steep hills. Have some basic at home equipment & event try to do basic stuff on work breaks (planks, thigh master, push ups).
