40 is looming large for me. I topped out around 190 lbs after my daughter was born and dropped about 25 lbs within a year and a half after just by living life. However, now that my 40th birthday is on the horizon, I realize that I'm not getting any younger and it's high time I start treating my body accordingly. I have about 25 lbs to shed at this point to get me into a comfortable BMI.

I have a pretty devoted and balanced workout routine, including cardio, strength, and stretching. I've seen an increase in my muscle mass in the past few months since I've been consistent, and I'm pretty pumped about that. 😊

Food is my trouble spot. I love it, and it loves my hips. I know I need to watch portions, eat more nutrient-rich foods and less junk, but I need the discipline and motivation to do it.

I was very active on SparkPeople years ago, but kind of forgot about it until recently. I've checked out Noom and a few other diet programs, but I ended up being led back here. It worked before, so I'm sure it can work again!
