I'm Katie I am in college and working part time. My goal is to be in a bikini for summer 2012 and live a healthier life.
My parents didn't introduce to healthy eating until I was 10. So I had some pretty bad habits. Most of my friends were super skinny and so are most of my cousins. After a few failed attempts I have slowly[ picked up better habits. This time I want it to stick and so far so good. When I finish my associate degree in broadcast communications in fall 2012 and then transfer I want to look like a new person. I am celebrating summer 2012 by going to the beach with my best friends and I want to be able to look hot in a bikini instead of hiding in a one piece under my towel.
I want to be able to transfer and meet people and feel confident that they aren't judging me on my weight.
I need motivation from my fellow sparkers to stay motivated but I know together we can all do this.

My Goals:
Rock a hot bikini in may 2012.
Run a 5k and 10k and eventually a marathon
feel comfortable in my own body
eat healthy on a regular basis

10lbs- manicure
20lbs- $20 on itunes
30lbs- Sephora order.
40lbs- Victoria Secret shopping spree
50lbs- spa day
60lbs- Designer shoes
70lbs- cartilage piercing
80lbs- Designer purse
90lbs- A bottle of vera wang princess perfume
96lbs(final goal)- Shopping spree including a pair of designer jeans

My Program:
trying to do at least 15 minutes of cardio a day.
20 minutes of weight lifting 3 times a week.
eat 1700- 2000 calories a day
