1.) Stay within my calorie range (watch the carb intake)
2.) Get my water in daily
3.)Write in my journal everyday
4.) Get up and move every day

LONG-TERM GOALS (STARTING IN APRIL)
5.) Walk on the treadmill at least 5 days per week.
6.) Strength train at least 3 days per week.
7.) Incorporate yoga and stretching to my routine.

Long Term: To lose 30 pounds, to become leaner, healthier, and happier. To stop drinking alcohol and take care of my body.
Short Term: Focus on losing 1 pound at a time and learning to love exercise.


My Program:
I am trying to change my lifestyle, by eating more healthy. And exercising my body. Whether it's walking or weights.

I am from Toledo, Ohio. I am 53 years old. I have 3 children, 1 granddaughter and 3 grandsons.
I have the most wonderful, passionate, supportive hubby in the entire world!! I love him with all my heart and soul!!!


Other Information:
I enjoy camping and spending time with my family.I love to read, crochet, and knit (not always in that order.) I really love to read spark pages.
