    it really is hard not to binge eat, especially when you're already restricting what you're eating. sometimes i get really hungry and could really blow my calorie totals. i rarely do it these days, though, because i write everything down in a food journal. it helps me stay motivated and on track. good luck with your half mary.

    Hi Nicole. I feel for you. I don't have as much weight to lose as you, but, I have the same problem of binging. I've been able to not binge for the past couple of weeks and I have lost weight.
