    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.     Hi Deb, glad to hear from you. I am having an ok week. Need to go se the tech at the pulmonary clinic again this Friday. I had 2 sleep studies ( over night deals ) they decided I had sleep apnea in a big way. So got a bi-pap machine, used it for two weeks then went to see the tech. The mask they had given me at the store was incorrect. So she gave me a smaller one and use for two weeks. Called her this morning and told her still having problems with the small. So asked if I could come in Friday morning and see what she can do. So off to the clinic again I go. Still not sleeping, and so weight isn't budging as sleep deprived isn't good trying to get weight down. Our weather was cooler for a few days in the mid 80's but is now back climbing into the 90's once again and humidity is once again on the rise...usually mid to high 70's percent range here.
    So have you gotten all of your garden picked yet or is to early yet? I know once you start picking your busy preparing much of it for the winter.
