Hi -you asked about my siuo recipes for "kamikaze project" From spark people I used "Spicy Taco Soup" and I think I browsed for recipe on peanutbuttersoup but then I had to change it a bit since I am swedich and we don´t have the same foods in our stores.

My "basic" was to boil onion and something more - carrots, potatoes, spincah, broccoli - any vegetabler that I thought would make it thicker and I used stock cubes according to it (vegetable, meat or chicken) and then I would ass the protein - peanutbutter or tunafish or lentils or ground meat or chicken or some kind of beans. I mixed it so it didn´t have any chunks. I utually started with frying the onion in some butter or oil and if I felt hungry added cream or sourcream in the end.

I also made some cold avokadosoup and googled for that recipe.

I made it in the morning and put it on thermos flasks so I usually had the same soup lunch and dinner.

I am a single mother and my chikd is only with me every fortnight - she loved the spicy taco soup, otherwise I made her something else.

Thanks for the comment! No I am not following the P90X nutrition plan but only because I have to eat a certain way due to a retroverted uterus that puts pressure on my internal organs. I am following a diet of about 1300 calories a day but more realistically I get in about 1000 a day. I eat mostly veggies and rice/pasta/barley/beans with very little chicken or fish. I eat the same foods every day and then supplements to make sure I get the nutrients that may lack in my diet (calcium, fish oil, vitamin c, multivitamin, etc)

The lean, then gym, and then doubles makes sense. I'm just impatient unfortunately lol. I may just skip up to doubles. The only thing I have added to the P90X that it doesn't require is intensive stretching 4 days a week for an hour each. I would like to be flexible like a bendy straw :P
