Thats basically it, I wanna be PRETTY and HAPPY BY 30!
Im 29 yrs old married since November 25, 2000..Welcomed our first child In Octcober 2001, our Second in July 2003 and our THIRD and FINAL in September 2005! Ive always been BIG.. and ive hated every moment of it... never loved my body or myself. and It HAS to change it just does.. if not for me, but for my kids!
I want to be around for them....

My goals--Loose 65-75lbs by next summer so I can wear a bikini.

-SW 6/29/08-210lbs
-July 1, 2008- 206lbs
-August 1,2008-(to be under 200lbs)
-September 1,2008-
-October 1, 2008-(to be 185lbs)
-November 1, 2008-
-December 1, 2008-(to be 175lbs)
-January 1,2009-(to be 170lbs)
-February 1, 2009-(to be 160lbs!)
-March 1, 2009- (reach 155lb my birthday- get the Wii and Wii Fit)
-April 1, 2009-(to be 150lbs!)
-May 1, 2009-( to reach my goal weight of 145lbs)
-June 1 2009-(stay at goal weight!- Buy new clothes for ME!)
-July 1, 2009-(to wear a bikini to the beach!!!)

M goals are to loose 65-75lbs cause i wanna wear a bikini at the beach and not be imbarassed!!!

My Program:
No program really.. i just wanna start out by cutting down my meal sizes and get up and move more often!

Im 29 yrs old, married with 3 kids.

Id love to be a photographer some day even if its at the wal mart studio..LOL

    The Ten Commandments of Permanent Fat Removal

    1. Thou shalt honor and believe in thyself.

    2. Thou shalt move thy booty. Move it and move it some more.

    3. Thou shalt never go hungry again. Eat small meals and healthy snacks throughout the day.

    4. Thou shalt stock the fridge with the right stuff - the fruits and vegetables of the earth, the melba toast of men who walked before us.

    5. Thou shalt honestly write it down. If you bite it, you must write it.

    6. Thou shalt weigh and measure thyself and thy food.
