    Sleep is a wonderous thing...
    from so exhausted you cannot move a finger
    to ready to take it on & do it...
    All related to 8 sound hours of SLEEP!!!

    Let's all be kind to our bodies & realize that rest is as necessary as
    eating right & exercise regularly.

    Thanks for commenting on my weight loss. It was -2.6 not 3# but I will take it!

    I haven't been this "low" since December 2012! emoticon I'm on my way to my goal range I just need to emoticon !!!

    Thanks so much for the blog comment.... I'm in the last week of the first month...and I am not quite where I would have liked to land...but, hey, it's pk. I like this Isagenxi stuff and I am really happy to have found a partner (you!) on spark people!

    How is your second month going?

    I have a question about your cleanse - I cleanse 2 days every single week, they say the 2nd day is important because of the ketosis... do you do one or 2 day cleanse?

    The only thing I am starting to think about it, it's gonna be hard to get back to regular eating...meaning no shake and cleanse days.

    I'm working on increasing my exercise slowly but surely....I have no core strength at all....kickboxing is killing me!
