    I had to respond to a post you made on Sharons blog....
    like you I found that if I ate raw nuts I can eat a few and not crave more like I do with nuts that have salt and oil...I also found if I eat baked chips 2 or 3 are enough...and the same with chocolate..I can eat 8 grams of dark chocolate and feel like I had a wonderful treat, but if I eat milk chocolate I don't ever feel satisfied....

    it took me a long time to figure this out for my self, but I have cut out most processed food....and wow it works for me ...I have lost 200+ pounds and have kept it over over 4 years....I have been with spark people since 2006
