I want my confidence back. I want to feel good about myself in all areas. I want to be clear headed.

I have been away from SP for 9 months. I needed a break. I was not focused so I had to go away for a while.

In August I joined a gym and was working out religiously for a few months. I felt great and was down to 193 without much dieting. Then I changed shifts and my work schedule is now all over the board so I have not settled into a good routine. This morning, I got on the scale after eating when I got home at 11:30 PM last night (then going straight to bed) and I saw 202. I'm done.

I recently had a heartbreak that is now making me second guess my intuition. My confidence is down and the only way for me to pull out of this is to focus on myself on all levels...physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Keep alcohol and diet soda limited - drink more water and tea.
Cut back on red meat - aim for vegetarian/vegan as often as possible.
Maintain fruit and vegetable servings - make them the main portion of each meal and snack.
Stick with whole grains.
Work out 5 times per week...ellipitical, gym class, belly dancing, or Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.

Talk with friends.
Get a therapist??

Read, read, read.
Continuing education for massage.

Meditate daily.
Reconnect with spiritual friends.

To reduce my cholesterol and blood pressure naturally.

My Program:
* Eating 3 well balanced and perfectly portioned meals a day (plus 2 snacks).
* Using Alli as a tool to keep me from overeating.
* Exercising daily.
* Drinking 64+ ounces water daily.
* Taking my vitamins.
* Reducing alcohol consumption to 1 glass per day.
* Journaling my eats. Recording them in the SP Tracker.
* Blogging daily.
