I'd rather not fill this page with my previous success stories. Truth is I've been on and off SP for nearly a decade. I've lost the weight, I've regained the weight. I'm tired of that being my story. So, I'm starting fresh, new perspective, new goals, new motivation to completely start over and do this right and maintain when I get there. I'm in this for the long haul.     It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:

    “I like the variety, novelty, and ingenuity of the weekly challenges. They push us out of our comfort zone. And get us to try something new. “
