After losing 10 kilos on Weight Watchers, I had to cancel my subscription as I couldn't afford it anymore. And without guidance and motivation, the weigh has crept back on. I love dancing and dance several hours a week but I get winded very easily at the moment. I also have zero body confidence. So I'm hoping that weight loss + increased fitness levels will help my self esteem.

{update July 2011} I lost weight, then I left. I put the weight back on and now I'm back with new goals and renewed motivation (well, I've been back for 10 weeks!)

My Goals:
After losing 10 kilos with Weight Watchers, I put the weight back on once I had to cancel my subscription and lost their guidance and motivation. I want to lose that weight again so I can increase my levels of fitness to help improve my dancing, as well as improve my self esteem as I have zero body confidence.

My Program:
Track nutrition every day - stay between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.

Cardio: 2 hours dance classes on Monday, 45 minutes cardio Tuesday to Sunday
Strength training Tuesday to Sunday
Private dance lesson 1 hour Thursday afternoon

Avoid unhealthy snacking between meals (all "bad foods" have been removed from the house so I'm only left with healthy snacks)

Avoid mindless grazing when bored.
