    How are you doing? I'm up and down the stairs today as I clean out a couple rooms. Reorganizing my craft room and the spare bedroom closet. It will take more than one day to get all my yarn organized. Think I will do it not just by color but brand also. I need to get back to crocheting. My daughter wants a afghan from me.

    Miss you on the Living Binge Free team. Remember that it doesn't have to happen all at once. You can wean yourself off behaviors, too. Maybe concentrate on certain hours of the day, not necessarily the worst ones. Or certain days of the week, then build up. You don't have to be trying for 21 days to use the 21-day streak thread. It's like a daily check-in for most of us.

    Keep thinking about how much you'd like to be able to enjoy your meals and experience your body eating more rationally more of the time. Only you can give this to yourself. But don't get mad at yourself if you slip! Just keep chipping away at the habits: the eating ones and the self-criticizing ones.
