    Good Morning. I think this should really be welcome back to the team:) I am not sure how long you were with the Sou'Westers before, I think you left about the time that I joined? We now have "some" movement. We have a weekly challenge on the hopes aims goals, you can do whatever you want each week, we try to log in and support each other and have a bit of a laugh along the way. I won't waffle on now, but it would be lovely if you took a look and maybe join us.

    I hope you are not as water logged as we are here on the Devon/Cornwall boarder. As I don a pair of winter socks and wellies, the little man on the radio is telling me that it's going to get colder Aaaaaaaaaah........!

    Feeling better - managed to jog a little on Wednesday's workout but got wiped out by stomach virus yesterday! It's been an interesting week! emoticon
