It was good to hear from you! I'm glad you are holding steady. I know what you're saying about feeling icky and bloated. I missed my morning workouts the past 3 days, due to schedules with my son's wrestling and a girls trip I had planned. But i got on my bike this morning. And have committed to hitting it first thing every morning this week. Gotta keep it moving to keep that weight from creeping back on me this holiday season...

Austin is seeing Dr. Shoberg. I really respect him. He's so thorough and is just making sure we cover all of the bases.
I saw your comment on my Page as well. And it does make sense that in order to maintain your weight loss indefinitely that you would also need to maintain contact with your support system. So I think it's reasonable that maybe you are not as active with SparkPeople as you were during the weight loss phase, but again ongoing support can only be helpful. I think that's where I have always fouled it up. I never really joined a site or program. I lost weight and then slowly went back to the same routine. I accept that this time, I need to maintain THIS routine to continue my loss and then maintain it. HUGS!!! emoticon
