Proud member of the Lovely Limes BL Spring Challenge :)

2016~ After 8 shoulder surgeries in 3 years I have struggled getting back on track. All my favorite activities got pulled away from me. I can and will do this!!!! I want my health back, I maintained for so long that I know I can be healthy!!!
I've been on track for a little over a month now (Since 1/4/16). I've got a game plan to combat injuries and a plan if I do get injured :) Doing great so far this year.


I have a new love for cooking out of cookbooks I have a few favorites. I'm going to blog about as many of them as possible. Cheers to cooking whole healthy foods for the family :o) Yum Yum!!!

Happy 2010 - It's going to be a great year!!!

My 2010 Resolution is to start streaking.................... ;o) Lol

Here are the areas that I have been streaking in :o).

1200-1400 6 days a week
1500-1700 1 day a week

3-4 hours a week min. for cardio and 3 times a week strength training

between 12-18 glasses a day

Wish list/Goal/Rewards to save for:
Trikke - 1
Highlights and cut from Stephen - 1 (when I get to the 150's, almost there!!!)
Rowing Machine - 1
Try Jacobs ladder -2 Now I would just like to try one since I saw the cost
Medicine Balls
Fit comfortably into size 8 jeans
Run a marathon
New IPhone later this Summer -2
Nordic Track 20 lb PowerBell - 1
Nordic Track ProQuick 100 - 3
Inspire others to change their life
Actually have a meet and greet with Jillian (I can wish, right :o)
Cruise with Jillian (Trever you are wonderful, going on this with my mom :0)
New Running Shoes
Be able to run 5 miles without stopping

Now I can say I'm proud of how I'm living my life. I am making my health, home, finances, and everything healthier for me and my family. Eating whole foods, vegetarian, organic when possible, getting rid of things I don't need, getting on a budget to reduce debt, exercising, making new spark friends, etc. Things are starting to really come together I CAN do this!!!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all those who have helped inspire me and to all of those who I have inspired, it really does take all of us :o)

Well I can say I'm not proud of how I've done the last 5 months. And I was doing so good too :( I'm going to try to start running again. I was up to running 3 miles with no inhaler or stopping, while we were in LA for vacation in June I was running on the sidewalk that goes along the beach ( totally the way to go) loved it, when I was about 4.5 miles knowing that I had to stop at five because we were going to dinner not because I was tierd ( I was feeling great) when my foot all of a sudden felt like it needed to be stretched or something. Long story short I could barely walk on it for a few days and struggled with a hurt foot for a while. I think it's finally better now and am going to take it slower even if things seem to be good. I'm up about 20 lbs from where I was do to my lack of control. Things have been really crazy and stressful these past few months. NO EXCUSE I need to stick to it and track track track. For me that is the biggest key to success :o) Heres to a healthy hollidays !!!! Cheers and hugz ( with a glass of water and crystal light )

I live in Tucson, AZ and have 3 wonderful kids. My starting weight is 264lbs. I am down about 100 lbs from the start of my journey to a healthier me, but still have about 40 lbs to go. No more excuses I need to get moving on my journey and finish !!! :o) I have recently tried to start jogging, I hope to be able to run without an inhaller in the near future.

My Goals:
To be Healthy inside and out :o) Clean out the clutter, be financially, mentally, and physically fit. Oh yeah and get my shoulder better :o)

My Program:
Eat whole foods, and organic 60% . Cook more and share stories and pictures

1300-1600 6 days a week 1600-1800 1 day a week

For exercise 3-4 Zumba classes a week.

15k steps 1 days a week, 10K steps 5 days a week and 7,500 the other day
