I have been overweight my whole life, but I was still active when I was younger. I loved to play sports. Now, I'm so out of shape that I can't do any of the things I used to do. I am 30 years old, and I know that it will only get harder to lose weight as I get older. This is the perfect time for me to make a change. I can't wait to be able to play basketball and tennis again!

EXERCISE:
Monday=Cardio & Lower Body Strength Exercises
Tuesday=Cardio & Full Body Strength Exercises
Thursday=Cardio & Upper Body Strength Exercises
Friday=Cardio & Core Strength Exercises
Saturday= Cardio & Full Body Strength Exercises
Sunday & Wednesdays are days off, but I normally do at least a little cardio on those days, too.

Regular Cardio=
Walking (At least 10 miles per week) &
Coach Nicole's online fitness videos

NUTRITION:
I track EVERYTHING I eat, but I don't forbid myself from eating anything. I try to eat healthy foods most of the time and when I eat something not as healthy, I plan for it and compensate the rest of the day to balance it out.

    Drink as much water as you can! If you already do that, let me know what your secret is! It is sooooo hard for me. Drinking it at room temperature seems to be my best bet, but really I don't feel thirsty so I am pushing it down!

    Hi Tisha,
    Thanks for all those cooking tips. I haven't been making extras on purpose, but I do have leftovers every night now that I don't eat all of it :) I have been making healthy stuff for myself and my husband, with lots of veggies, and making "regular stuff" for the kids. I give them a little of my stuff and tell them they have to at least try one bite, and sometimes I have the "regular" thing as a side dish and veggies as my "main course". It works out really well and I haven't been hungry at all!
