Thank you for your comment on my blog!!! and next time I do that for someone else, I'll try to remember that that person is someone's grandma/ect :)
I know that is how I would want someone to treat my husband, if he needed help and I wasn't there.

And I know all to well what it's like to need help, and have people just walk past you.

and ps--- howdy form a neigbor one state to the East--- I live in Idaho :)

    HAve a good night!

Have a great weekend. Thanks for your positive comment on my weight ticker - I confess I haven't updated it for a long time now, it oscillates around that point. I have actually been all the way down to goal but usually stay within 1kg. I am happy with that.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! Ghosting was a new idea to me, too, but I LOVED the chance to 'run' with the HTCers even if it was in spirit. I have a friend who walked the Portland to Coast this year, so I'm definitely going to work on getting down there next year to do something--run, walk, volunteer, or just cheer people on.

Hubby is still a little sore but doing much better now; I was tempted to pull an 'I told you so!' on him but managed to bite my tongue. We have KSOs, which are great for most surfaces--but NOT for sharp gravel trails! Can't imagine wearing them all day at Disneyland, though!!

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog--glad you liked it! There are a lot of things we have to learn on this journey . . . but then we have a lifetime to get them all down, right?
