I don't know how you found me but I am glad you were able to write after reading my blog..I read all of them and then had to go back and read yours twice..lol you have the pulse of what a person that age are going through..I will take your advice and not be too pushy..I only want him to be healthy.     Hey thanks for the comment on my blog.... I was wondering is there any Physical activity you do enjoy doing??? Just because it's not labeled as exercise doesn't mean you don't burn calories doing it.... wish you the best of luck. Congrats on your weight loss thus far. emoticon
