June 2020 - This has been such an interesting year to say the least. We are already halfway through 2020 and there have been so many changes for every single person.New norms, being a part of a historical time, and so many uncertainties. It is important for all of us to take care of ourselves as much as we can, and so here I go again! Getting back into tracking food, trying to get at least a walk in each day. Although I have gained weight, I feeling very optimistic! Lets do this!
December 2015 - Can't believe 2015 is almost over! Time just flies! But I am looking forward to seeing what the year 2016 has to offer!
April 2014 - It's been a crazy year! Moving to a new place, going back to school. I was good for a while but it has finally taken its toll on me! I gained some weight but I am determined to lose most of it by the time summer comes around! I want to feel confident in my body again! Its time to get it done!
May 2013 - I am starting fresh. I am going to pretend like this is the first time I have signed up to sparkpeople and this is the beginning of my weight loss journey! I have gained way to much weight and now I need to retrain myself. I have to learn how to eat healthy and eat smaller portions. I have to learn that I am going to have to constantly push myself to workout because motivation doesnt always come so easily. I am going to have to make better choices so at the end of the day I feel good about myself and good about where I am headed healthwise! Here I come, again, spark!

September 2012 - So its been a while since I have been on spark. Just been spending my extra time doing other things. My weight has sort of been fluctuating between the same 5 pounds, but now I have gone over those 5 pounds. Its the beginning of fall my favorite season! And I want to look good for the fall, especially since all the great/fun holidays are coming soon! Which means I need to get my butt back into gear and start working hard on getting to my goal weight again!
April 2011 - This healthy journey is something that doesnt end once you hit your goal weight, you have to continue and enter the next faze which is maintaining and with that there are a lot of obstacles to over come. Its hard, but its all part of the journey and even though I have had my ups and downs I just have to keep focused and remember WHY I am here and how much I love being at where I am now!
Dec 2010 - This has been a great year of accomplishments. I have reached my goal weight, I have done things I never thought I could, like jog around the park, and loving it! Like saying no to foods that I ALWAYS used to eat, and just plain loving my new healthy lifestyle.
Now what will the new year bring? Its the last month of 2010 and now that I have accomplished a big goal of mine this year its time to think about what my next great goal is going to be for 2011!

Feb 2009 - I am a young female just trying to get back into shape, to look good and feel good about my body. Heard this website from a friend. She said it helps modivate you to lose weight and so here I am!

My Goals:
I want a sessie beach body! I dont mind going back to what my wieght was 2 years ago. But I do want to try and lose enough so that i look thinner and feel better about myself without looking like I am sick. Hopefully I get to my goal, I am looking forward to it! I have a bunch of awsome looking jeans and dresses that I am dying to fit into! lol

My Program:
I am trying to fit in at least 30 minutes to 1 hr of workout a day.
Im eating smaller portions and trying not to eat fast foods like Mcdonalds or Burger King or any other big bad fatty foods lol
I drink a lot of water.
Also trying to eat more fruits and veggies.
