summer 2020we get to choose to be bitter or better #newbie I rejoined this week, I was on sparks way back in 2011. I am Back
LOL I started watching "My 600lb Body" while my weight isn't up that far. I started wondering exactly what I was taking in daily. I deal with chronic pain, so there are days I need rest.. My mind wants to go go go.. I had to find acceptance in doing what I can when I can.
