I liked the music and I want to workout with it again ðŸ˜€This is the first time I worked my Abs & obliques with this video. The instructor was entertaining. The YouTube video I worked out with was to target arms. I used 4 and 5 lb weights. It's called Fit & Toned Arms for Ageless (Mature) Women. She's 63.
