PS - I can't stand my arms!!! Who has a good arm toning routine???Finally got to go jogging again for the first time since contracting Lyme disease, which was just about a month ago. Took it slow, but I'm feeling good!Balsamic chicken and mushrooms got me feeling really healthy tonight!

Here we have gluten free pasta in a goat cheese sauce with asparagus and chives. A lot of pasta (especially GF) sits really heavy in my stomach and makes me feel gross, but this dish left me feeling clean and satisfied!I may cry when grilling season is over!!!Feeling cute on my jog today! The best way to burn calories!It has no business being this cold in April (32 F), but I managed to get out jogging! We had to go a bit slower than normal because I rolled my ankle the other day, but I'm still trying to get some safe activity in while dealing with the aching and stiffness.Today's lunch...a BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potato! We took a long kayaking trip this morning and really got a workout!My father-in-law is 86-years-old and lives with us. We have an arrangement. He maintains a vegetable garden and I cook meals with the fruits of his labor. This year we planted more than usual, and I can't wait for everything to be ready! We have tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans, and more! I'm also going to try my hand at pickling this year!Found a new park to explore, this one complete with stairs!Made some Cheesy Spinach Enchiladas for dinner! Vegetarian and 175 calories per enchilada!

There's an old gazebo on our property that we just cleaned up, so I think this is going to be my new setup! I generally use the Yoga with Adriene videos on YouTube.
