I am feeling pretty good today. I did really great yesterday, I kept my food journal the only thing I didn't do was exercise but my foot was bothering me. But I am not going to beat myself up. I always have today. Tomorrow is my first weight in and I will be happy if I lose one pound. This week was hard, try to get out the old habit and trying new ones. But I am taking it one day at a time. I have to remember I am doing this for ME!!!!

    As corny as it sounds, this is a marathon - not a sprint. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised getting on the scale. Easing into the lifestyle changes is a great way to complete it all. Baby steps. Keep up the great work!
