OMG I slipped, BAD!!!

Well, its been awhile since I have been on here and man I didn't like some of the things that happened to me. I really liked the progress I was making and that really took at nose dive. I didn't realize how helpful the visualization of seeing my weight on the tracker was and I was more accountable when I signed in every day to sparks. Since not being on here I have gained 10 pounds. Man in that depressing!!!
But the good news is I am trying it again and I am going to just start being more accountable by writing down what I eat, even if I wish I would not have ate it. That is the first step I need to do and then I need to add small goals. I need to drink more water and less coffee. I also need to start exercising. which means would have to get up earlier in the morning and I need my beauty sleep!!!
I have to remember I am doing this for me and to set an example for my children to live a healthy active life.
