time for a change!

well, this is it. i still haven't found a good motivating factor, so i guess i'm just gonna lose for losing's sake! my biggest was 187, though after eating the other day, it hit 189... that's 11 lbs from being 200... that's waaaaaayyyy too big for my size. my husband has agreed to help me. i'm going to do it, too. i may have fallen a bit with the ice cream, but i guess really i could have done worse. i took a walk with my honey and our daughter this am, and it was fairly nice. too hot, but i can go earlier than 11:30! by this time next year i want to be in good enough shape to take Melina on a trip to HaHa Tonka. it's this beautiful state park where this old eccentric built a castle, and it ended up burning, so all you can see now is the ruins. but it has amazing hiking trails, and i want to enjoy it with her!!!!

    Ice creams not too bad. Just in Moderation. As for your motivating factor. Take a look at your little one. You need to be healthy for your child and hubby.

    If you haven't done it already start up a motivational board. Put up a picture of yourself at a smaller weight and pictures of the place you want to take your daughter. You can do this. Join some challenges. Know that you are worth being and feeling healthy. Good Luck!
