4 days in a row... i've made it 4 days in a row walking! yay! it's still so hard to get out of bed and go, but i have, i am and i will!!!! =D i also haven't snacked today either. i really haven't eaten much... i'm not very sure what my calories are, but i think they're low...

    Remember the news article the other day that said you can lose more weight if you log your food. Plus, you don't want to get too low so your body goes into starvation mode. emoticon on the daily walking. It's tough sometimes to get out of bed to exercise, but it makes it all worth it when you see the results. Keep up the great job!
