GOT UP AND WENT FOR A WALK THIS MORNING. ATE BELOW MY CALORIE INTAKE, BUT I PLAN ON EATING A LITTLE MORE BEFORE TOO LONG. I'M HUNGRY, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SUPER BUSY! I TOOK A WALK THIS MORNING, AND THE ER HAS BEEN SUPER BUSY, SO I KEEP HAVING TO WALK BACK TO IT, I KNOW I HAVE MY 10,000 STEPS TODAY! THE BEST THING OF ALL... I LOST AN ENTIRE POUND!!!!!!!!
