I lost weight!!!!!! I didn't think it would EVER Happen. Before I began the Sept. Turbo Jammers challenge I weighed 166.7. Now I'm 163.4.
I began exercising and eating healthier foods in May. I didn't lose a pound. Sept. 1st a committed to staying in my calorie range and exercising 60 min. or more a day. I've done really good.
I really didn't think I could lose weight.
I CAN!! and now I'm more determined than ever.
