Today is sunday and I wanted to do a little cardio on my own so instead of my usual Jane Fonda videos I've decided to try tae-bo. It was more fast paced and high intensity. I only lasted around 10 minutes but tomorrow I hope to do more and eventually finish the whole video. I'm going back to the night shift again and I have to find ways to maintain my diet and exercise on the night shift. It seems like when you sleep for four hours during the night time that's enough to recharge you but when you sleep during the daytime even if it's 14 hours you still feel tired. So I'm hoping to make a good sked that I can follow for exercise. Wish me Luck. I'm going to post my boxing routine on You Tube just to keep track of how I look and how I'm doing.

    uh yeah tae-bo is hard and after you feel like jelly but yay for you for attempting it!! and i know next time you'll do even better!!

    yeah, it is so different sleeping during the day vs. at night.

    Wishing you well with the tae-bo!! You are really into exercise. I wish I had your stamina....I don't think I could even do 3 minutes of tae-bo!! I know you will conquer the challenges of your new schedule. Have an excellent week!! emoticon emoticon
