WV Biggest Loser week 2 challenge

Week two starts Wednesday January 14. I started the thread in the Challnege forum on Spark WV Team. Hope to see you there!

"Rev up your Metabolism"

Challenge for Wednesday, January 14, to Tuesday, January 20

1. NUTRITION:

No nighttime munchies! 3 pt per day for not eating 2 hours before bedtime, 21 points for the week.

2. BEDTIME: Get your 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night. 3 pts per day, 21 points for the week.

3. WEIGHT TRAINING: Get 12 pts if you strength train at least 3 times this week. This can be anything...crunches, push-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts...anything! Just trying counts this week! Total for this task this week is 12 points.

4. WATER: Get hydrated! It helps our bodies metabolize fat. 3 pts per day for drinking 8 glasses or more! Total for completing the week is 21. (Remember to visit the water Tank!)
