Okay, so I joined a gym about two weeks ago. I have been watching my calories (doing Weight Watchers and tracking EVERYTHING), I have been working out doing cardio and weight lifting and over the past two weeks I've gained 2.4 pounds. Grrrr! I expected to gain some at first, but I also expected to see a lost when I weighed in last night. I know, I know....muscle is denser than fat and blah, blah, blah. It is still frustrating when you feel like you are doing all the right things but the scale is moving the wrong way.
There's my vent. Now, I've got to go to the gym. Grrrr!
