Scale finally reflecting the math

The scale is finally reflecting that I've met my goal to get to 186 by 2/16. It was frustrating for a while because I was keeping track of how many calories I ate and how many calories I burned in exercise. I knew that I had mathematically lost the weight, but just wasn't seeing the numbers on the scale. The scale numbers are finally showing the progress.

Goal for the next 6 weeks: Go from 186 to 178. I'll do this by Saturday April 4.
