Long Time no Entry I KNOW

Been a rough start of the year. I am now into my 3rd week of being back on track. I let them scales creep up to 215......but I am back-at207. Our weight watchers leader made sense this week. She said that if you fall off, don't beat yourself up. Don't wait until the next day, get back on track the next meal. This made sense to me because I spent 15lbs trying to start the next day....then the next day......then the next day.......but now I am trying the next meal thing and I am falling off less and less. Another thing she said that made sense is that I was still persevering. Although I have watched my weight creep back up, I have still been attending meetings and I was still giving some effort. When my weight creeped up to 305 I wasn't even stepping on a scale. I would avoid them like the plague. Now I know that my success depends on me maintaining accountability on my weight.
