3rd Week!!

Alright this is my 3rd week of eating well and exercising and I think I've made some HUGE improvements!!
I've already lost 6 pounds and I've been getting to the gym every day after work, still having trouble with the weekends but I think I'm gonna go tomorrow!!
I've been really good with eating and pretty much eat all organic and unprocessed foods! Yay ..I've been taking the time to go to like 3 different stores for food, making my food at home and bringing food for the whole day with me to work!
I can't even believe that I'm really doing all this but I can't even explain how much better I FEEL! I feel like a totally different, healthy person and that makes me really happy!! I just feel lighter and my mood is so much better! I have lots of energy and I look forward to getting on the scale!! Unbelievable lol.

I'm constantly on this website and it's still really keeping me motivated. I was feeling really sick yesterday and I didn't really want to go to the gym but I was just like ya know what? I'm just gonna go anyway, I'll feel better when I'm done. Well I didn't really feel better when I was done, I was pretty dead actually but it made me feel better to just know I went .. lol

But anyway ..just thought I would update. Thanks to SP and all of my wonderful friends on here too!!
