Uh Oh!!!

I was doing so well and I got thrown a curve ball! I was not prepared for what was about to hit me... and it my have hurt me good! My boss asked me to go with him to a sales pitch on some new color copies that he's looking at buying... and since I'm one to work with them frequently he wanted me to tag along... to give my concerns and questions of what we are looking for to replace the old one we have. Well if you haven't guessed it my boss took me out to lunch afterwards and I usually would have done ok, but being that I wasn't really prepared I gave into my temptations way to easy. I indulged and oh it was tasty! I hate to even mention what I had... but here it goes! I juicy or should I say greasy mushroom and swiss burger with seasoned fried and a coke! Wow am I full, I ate every bite of it and am feeling it grow in me. NOT GOOD! especially the day or should I put it hours before weigh in. I'm going to have to be extra good tonight on what I eat for dinner and I will have to work out extra hard to burn some of it off! I'm sure I couldn't do enough hours to burn it all off in one night but something is better than nothing! Oh the guilty pleasure...

And to top things off even though it is after my weigh in I have a wedding and birthday party to go to this weekend. I hope I can be strong and not give into the temptations, at least I'm prepared for it!

    I love a good burger, but parmesan garlic fries are MY weakness! I just have to stay faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away from that restaurant!!! At least you now realize that this wasn't a good food choice and will work harder to get rid of those calories and stay away from such a heavy meal in the future. I don't know about you, but I would never have even thought of it before Spark People!

    mmmmmmm..... swiss and mushroom burger.....yum! Work extra hard girl, but one mess up isn't that bad as long as we just keep going.

    you should be fine, you eat really well normally right? i hope you enjoyed the yummy burger.. they are sure filling though aren't they? geez i remember not paying attention in the past with burgers and not realizing how filling they are.. just put some time in and do some floor stretches or dumb bells in front of the tube.. you should be fine, you have a lot of muscle to burn some of the calories... zozo
