looks like it will be slow going

All I did was take a walk today and I'm in pain and uncomfortable. My recovery from this c-section wasn't too bad, but I'm still feeling sore and definitely can't see myself getting into a full workout any time soon. I'm going to work up to it and I know it will take time but it's frustrating because I have the motivation and energy to jump into it now! I also played a little tennis on the Wii yesterday and my incision was starting to throb.

Otherwise I am trying to improve my eating habits and incorporate the WW good health guidelines before I officially join. I love spark, but I know I need the structure of the points, plus paying for the program will make me stick to it so I don't waste my money. But I will still track my food on here because I like seeing the whole nutritional breakdown - it helps me make better food choices.
