I really feel great! I have been doing really good with my food choices during the week. I need to work on doing better on the weekends... that is going to be the hardest part. I CAN DO IT!!! I have been logging all my food and.... I have made it public.... I have hesitated to do that in the past but I do feel like it helps keep me on track. Y'all just have to promise if I eat badly one day that you go easy on me. Ha! I changed my weigh in day to Wednesday. It was Monday but being right after the weekend doesn't work well.... last Monday I had a lot of water weight from too much sodium over the weekend. I decided Wednesday will work better. Jordan has one more full week of school but I doubt he will have much homework this last weekk so we are going to start going to gym. He always wants to come with me. I think Tuesday and Thursday will work. I will see how that works with my schedule. I may switch to just Wednesday. I will gradually work up to more but I don't want to feel overwhelmed and not do it at all. My other activities are starting to increase too with the weather getting nice. I will keep blogging more often and hopefully with no homework to work on, I can get on here more so I can talk to everyone and see what's up with everybody. I love you guys!!
