Feeling great!!

I really feel great! I have been doing really good with my food choices during the week. I need to work on doing better on the weekends... that is going to be the hardest part. I CAN DO IT!!! I have been logging all my food and.... I have made it public.... I have hesitated to do that in the past but I do feel like it helps keep me on track. Y'all just have to promise if I eat badly one day that you go easy on me. Ha! I changed my weigh in day to Wednesday. It was Monday but being right after the weekend doesn't work well.... last Monday I had a lot of water weight from too much sodium over the weekend. I decided Wednesday will work better. Jordan has one more full week of school but I doubt he will have much homework this last weekk so we are going to start going to gym. He always wants to come with me. I think Tuesday and Thursday will work. I will see how that works with my schedule. I may switch to just Wednesday. I will gradually work up to more but I don't want to feel overwhelmed and not do it at all. My other activities are starting to increase too with the weather getting nice. I will keep blogging more often and hopefully with no homework to work on, I can get on here more so I can talk to everyone and see what's up with everybody. I love you guys!!

    Tina you sound really great and I feel you have an awesome plan of attack so stick with it. I also am glad that Jordan will come to the gym with you that should be fun and your right don't overwhelm yourself make sure and pace your day and your workouts and you will do fine. If you have not joined in on the team challenges and team goals now is a good time cause they to will keep you on track so Good Luck and God Bless you and your family and I will be routing for you.
