**HELP***!!!!!Am I hitting a Plateu?

I'm kinda pissed. I know it's mid week , but I weighed myself and gained a pound when I thought I would probably be losing my 30 lbs this week!!! Have I hit a plateu? How does one get out of this??? I've been eating good staying at 1200 calories and exercising but haven't done much to change my exercise routine? Is it time to change it up a little. PLEASE HELP!! Anybody know how to get out of this plateu I would greatly appreciate it!!

    When you're on the elliptical, do u change the intesity level at all?

    You should try that. I start at 6.5 I stay at that level for about 2 - 3 min, and then I move up the intensity level to 12.5, I do that for 3 - 4 min, then I change the level to 9. do 3 min and go up to 15, and so on, try it, I do this about 4 days a week, for 20 - 25 minutes. I do the same with the treadmill.

    You should combine cardio and strength training. And if possible try to jump rope for at least 10 minutes, of course with some 5 - 15 seconds rests in between. That really gets you going. And girl just dance it off. When I first started I would work out with the lights off and only a night lite on, con una faja, I still work out with one on, I would put on some shorts, and a tank top, and I would work out with my seXXXy heels, yes HEELS, it made me feel a little sexy, u know.
