Spending lots of time on SP & tracking food. I've joined some great teams & plan to be an active member. But, the fitness goals- not so much. Tomorrow we leave for a 4 day trip with 2 other couples to a "bikers' resort" close to Gatlinburg & we will share a cabin. We haven't spent that much time with them so I'm curious how it will work out. Hopefully we'll get in some hiking along with the riding. I'm taking oatmeal, Kashi bars, apples, peanut butter, etc. so I will have healthy options. I doubt there will be many gourmet temptations, but plenty of beer. I am a wine drinker so I will need to keep an eye on the amount. I'll post pictures- maybe (see previous sentence.)

    just start slow and add a little bit at a time, building on before. it's no race. but if you're like me, once you see what you can accomplish, your expectations change and you find yourself doing more than you thought you could. tracking is a great start!
