New goals this week

Jillian 30 Day Shred every other day
Jillian Ban Fat/Boost Metabolism the opposite day
walk in morning, and evening-with dogs in evening
NO eating after 6pm
only eat after stomach growls, this should control over eating and snacking
drink 3 bottles water
