Only 1 pound this week

Okay so when I weighed in this morning at work, I'd only lost 1lb. I know I should be excited that I lost SOMETHING, but I'm kind of not. I lost 4lbs the first week and 5lbs the second week, so 1lb seems crappy. I cheated a little on the 4th though, and I was pretty sloppy about tracking my food this week. I guess I saw it coming. I'll just get back on track for this week, and hopefully the scale will show it! :)

    1 lb is still great! Yes, after 4, and 5 its small but don't expect that kind of weight loss. I don't think I have had a week like that since I started, am sure I won't either. It's 1 lb gone for good, never to return and you won't have to work to get rid of it again!
