Sitting somewhere in the middle

I have been doing well and dropped about 4 lbs. Now is were i have to watch myself and stay on track. I get alittle over confident and need to realize this is just the tip of the ice burg if i dont stay at it i will not keep losing i will go the other direction. So im going to try to keep myself reminded to keep aiming forward keep with the plan dont head back in the wrong direction losing a couple pounds does not mean im done yet i still have a long way to go....
push me people!!!! remind me im not there yet!! Help Help 911 Karla calling can i do it YES I CAN!!!

Going to my teams to get my rear in gear no time to be a slacker.

    I do the same thing..Just look at yourself in the mirror for a reminder that you are not done..In your underwear if you have to!! or, take a picture of yourself and look at it..
