10,000 Steps Team August in review

1)What I accomplished: I feel as if I've been dizzy since July and I'm just beginning to orient myself. All in all, weight wise, I feel as if I accomplished next to nothing in August.
2)What challenges I had: The complete disruption of my way of eating. I started a work schedule working 12-9, then I added overtime, sometimes working from 9-9. I can't make smoothies at work, I can't eat every two to three hours. I have to have lunch and dinner at work.
3)Where I can do even better: I can exercise before work no matter what time I start. I can use my imagination to get my meals figured out. Where there's a will, there's a way.
4)What surprises I had: I learned something about myself that will go a long way to help me move forward in this and many other areas of my life.
