So one of my teams was talking about September goals. I wrote it on the thread but thought I would include it here, also. More accountability and I need all I can get.
I haven't started C25k yet as I've been waiting for the friend who said she wanted to run the marathon with me to start with me. I've come to the conclusion that this is my dream and my dream only. I am the only one who has the need to chase it. Therefore, if need be, I will do it by myself.
Okay, here are my goals for September, along with the dates written down so I can track my progress.
Cardio 3-4 times per week
Strength training 2-3 times per week
Finally start C25k (One days I do it, it will count towards my cardio.)
Try a yoga class at least once during this month.
Stay within my calorie range at least 6 days out of seven, but log everything I eat, regardless.
Sept 1: Bloated from TOM, didn't get any exercise in.
Stayed within calorie range.
Sept 2: Still didn't make it to the gym, but cleaned house, rather vigorously, for 45 minutes. Went over calories.
Sept 3: Went home early from work because I wasn't feeling well. Went over calories. So far, not been a great September.
Sept 4: Scrubbed (on hands and knees) floor, moved furniture, cleaned walls for about 3 hours.
Sept 5: Fail!
Sept 6: 212.5 (Went up instead of down!)
Sept 7: Fail!
Sept 8: Still managed to go OVER my calories. Ugh! Did go to the gym. Got in cardio, but it was too busy to do weights. (That's my favorite part, too!)
